Our website allows you to check your eligibility for a military hearing loss or tinnitus claim and, if eligible, request to be contacted by a partner solicitor or audiologist. We do not charge you for using our eligibility checker or introducer service.
Veterans Hearing Claims may receive a referral fee or other payment from our panel solicitors when we introduce an eligible enquiry to them. This does not result in any additional charge to you for using our eligibility checker or introducer service. Any fees relating to legal services or a claim will be explained to you separately by the solicitor before you agree to proceed.No guarantee of outcome
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not guarantee that you have a valid claim, that a solicitor will take on your case, or any particular outcome or level of compensation.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information when using our eligibility checker, enquiry forms or when communicating with us. Providing false or misleading information may affect your eligibility assessment or any subsequent claim.
Third-party solicitors and audiologists
Once introduced, your relationship for the purposes of the claim itself is with the third-party solicitor and/or audiologist, not with us. Their own terms of business, privacy policy and professional obligations will apply to that relationship.
